Description

Elevate your iced beverages with this quick and easy salted caramel cold foam. Made with heavy cream, milk, caramel sauce, and a hint of sea salt, this luscious foam adds a sweet and velvety layer to your drink in under 2 minutes using a French press or a simple jar.

Ingredients

Cold Foam Ingredients

  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons 2% milk
  • 1 tablespoon caramel sauce
  • 2 pinches sea salt

Instructions

  1. Combine Ingredients: Put heavy cream, milk, caramel sauce, and sea salt into a French press. Stir thoroughly to blend the caramel evenly with the cream and milk.
  2. Froth the Mixture: Place the lid on the French press and move the plunger up and down 40 times to create cold foam that increases in volume.
  3. Serve: Pour the freshly made cold foam over your favorite iced drink and serve immediately.

Notes

  • For lower calories or easier preparation, substitute heavy cream and milk with ⅓ cup half & half (half cream, half milk).
  • Do not overfill or underfill the French press; ensure the filter touches the liquid for proper frothing.
  • If you don’t have a French press, shake the ingredients vigorously for several minutes in a jar with a tight lid to create foam.
  • Prepared cold foam can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
