Ingredients

Ground Beef Mixture:

  • 1lb. ground beef
  • 1 ½ tbsp taco seasoning mix
  • ½ cup water
  • ½ cup salsa con queso

Additional Ingredients:

  • 3 8-inch flour tortillas or corn tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend or cheddar cheese
  • Sour cream for serving


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Cook Beef: Heat oil in a large skillet and cook the ground beef until browned.
  3. Add Seasonings: Stir in taco seasoning mix and water. Simmer for 2-3 minutes, then add salsa con queso and remove from heat.
