Ingredients
Dry Ingredients:
- 3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour, spooned and leveled
- 2 tsp. cornstarch
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
Wet Ingredients:
- 1 cup unsalted butter, melted and slightly cooled
- 1 1/2 cups dark brown sugar, packed
- 1 cup white sugar
- 2 large eggs, room temperature
- 2 large egg yolks, room temperature
- 2 Tbsp. whole milk
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. pure vanilla extract
Add-ins:
- 2 cups chocolate chips, plus more for topping
Instructions
- Preheat: Preheat the oven to 325°F. Spray a standard half sheet pan with nonstick spray.
- Mix: Combine melted butter and sugars. Add eggs, milk, and vanilla. Whisk until smooth.
- Incorporate: Add dry ingredients and fold until combined. Mix in chocolate chips.
- Bake: Spread batter onto the prepared pan. Top with more chocolate chips. Bake for about 22 minutes.
- Cool: Allow to cool, then cut into squares and enjoy!
