Ingredients

Pumpkin Bar:

Instructions

  1. Prepare Pumpkin Bar: Line a 9″x9″ baking dish with parchment paper and spray with cooking spray. Set aside.
  2. Mix Pumpkin Bar Ingredients: In a stand mixer, blend pumpkin, eggs, sugar, oil, vanilla, cinnamon, ginger, and cloves until well combined.
  3. Combine Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, mix flour, salt, baking powder, and baking soda.
