Description

Indulge in this creamy and flavorful Pasta with Chicken and Garlic recipe that combines tender chicken, al dente pasta, and a rich garlic cream sauce.


Ingredients

Chicken:

  • 1 lb chicken tenders
  • 1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3/4 tbsp paprika
  • 1/2 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Pasta:

  • 12 oz pasta
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp minced onion
  • 3 tbsp garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp dried shallots
  • 2 1/2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/3 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 tbsp gluten free flour
  • 1/3 cup chicken broth
  • 1 1/4 cups heavy cream
  • 2 cups spinach (diced)
  • 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese (shredded)
  • Chopped parsley (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Chicken: Season the chicken with paprika, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Boil the Pasta: Cook the pasta according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
  3. Cook the Chicken: Cook the seasoned chicken in a skillet until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees. Set aside.
  4. Pasta: Saute garlic, onion, shallots, tomato paste, garlic paste, Italian seasoning, paprika, and salt in butter. Add broth, cream, spinach, and Parmesan cheese. Stir until creamy.
  5. Add the Pasta and Chicken: Combine cooked pasta with the creamy sauce. Add chicken strips or serve over the top. Enjoy!
