Ingredients
Chicken:

- 1/2 cup (60g) cornstarch
Sauce:
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil (for frying)
- 1/2 cup (120ml) orange juice (freshly squeezed is best)
- 1/4 cup (60ml) soy sauce
- 1/4 cup (60ml) rice vinegar
- 1/4 cup (50g) brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water (for thickening)
- Zest of 1 orange
- Sliced green onions (for garnish)
- Sesame seeds (for garnish, optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken: In a bowl, toss the chicken pieces with cornstarch until evenly coated.
- Fry the Chicken: Heat vegetable oil in a skillet, fry chicken until golden brown.
