Description

These No Yeast Cinnamon Roll Bites are a quick and easy treat to satisfy your cinnamon roll cravings. Made without yeast, these bite-sized delights are perfect for a cozy breakfast or a sweet snack.


Ingredients

Dough:

  • 1 cup (130 g) all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/3 cup + 2 tsp (90 ml) milk or water
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tbsp (14 g) unsalted butter, melted and cooled to room temp

Cinnamon Sugar Coating:

  • 3 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1-2 tsp ground cinnamon

Glaze:

  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1/2-1 tsp milk
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375℉ (190℃) and prepare a loaf pan.
  2. Mix dry ingredients: In a bowl, combine flour, salt, and baking powder.
  3. Prepare dough: Mix milk (or water) and vanilla, add to flour mixture, knead into a smooth dough, and shape into a log.
  4. Cut dough: Flatten the log, cut into 20 pieces, and coat with melted butter, cinnamon, and sugar.
  5. Bake: Arrange the coated dough pieces in the pan and bake for 8-10 minutes.
  6. Make glaze: Mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla for the glaze.
  7. Finish: Drizzle the warm cinnamon roll bites with glaze and enjoy!
