Ingredients
Cheesecake Balls:
- 8 ounces Cream Cheese
- ½ cup Pumpkin Puree
- 1 cup Powdered Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- ½ tsp Ground Ginger
- ¼ tsp Ground Nutmeg
- ¼ tsp Ground Cloves
Coating:
- 1 cup Graham Cracker Crumbs
Instructions
- Beat the cream cheese: In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
