Ingredients

Chicken:

Sauce:

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chicken stock
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes
  • ¼ teaspoon oregano
  • ¼ teaspoon thyme
  • ⅓ cup sundried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh basil leaves


Instructions

  1. Season the chicken: Season chicken with salt and pepper, dredge in flour, and shake off any excess.
  2. Brown the chicken: In a skillet, heat olive oil and butter. Brown chicken on both sides until golden and cooked through. Set aside.
  3. Make the sauce: Saute garlic, add chicken stock, then add cream and parmesan. Season with chili flakes, oregano, and thyme.
  4. Finish the dish: Add sundried tomatoes to the sauce, return chicken to the skillet, and simmer until sauce thickens. Garnish with basil and serve.
