Description

Indulge in these guilt-free, low-calorie brownies that are rich in chocolate flavor and incredibly moist. With the perfect balance of sweetness and a fudgy texture, these brownies will satisfy your cravings without the extra calories.


Ingredients

Wet Ingredients:

  • 1 medium egg
  • 80 g 0% fat Greek yogurt*
  • 30 ml unsweetened almond milk*
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

Dry Ingredients:

  • 50 g stevia or granulated sweetener*
  • 50 g plain or all-purpose flour*
  • 33 g unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • pinch salt
  • 15 g chocolate chips*

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Pre-heat oven to 175°C (350°F).
  2. Mix wet ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together the egg and stevia until light and fluffy. Then whisk in the yogurt, milk, and vanilla extract.
  3. Combine dry ingredients: Fold in the flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder until smooth and lump-free.
  4. Add chocolate chips: Fold in the chocolate chips, then pour the batter into a prepared 8×8 inch baking tray.
  5. Bake: Bake for around 15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few crumbs.
  6. Cool and slice: Allow the brownies to cool before slicing and enjoy!

Notes

  • You can sprinkle some extra chocolate chips on top before baking for a more decadent treat.
  • For a gluten-free version, use a gluten-free flour blend.
