Ingredients
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 4 oz (115 g) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 1 tsp dried Italian herbs
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, parsley, Italian herbs, garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface and cut it into 2-inch squares.
- Place a small spoonful of the cheese mixture in the center of each square.
- Fold the corners over the filling to form a bite-sized parcel and pinch the edges to seal.
- Brush the tops with the beaten egg for a golden finish.
- Arrange on the baking sheet and bake for 15–18 minutes, or until puffed and golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving warm.

- You can use different cheeses like feta, cheddar, or gouda for variation.
- These bites can be made ahead and frozen before baking—just bake directly from frozen, adding 3–5 extra minutes.
