Ingredients
For the Fudge:
- 1½ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1½ cups milk chocolate chips
- 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
- 2.55 ounces (3 envelopes, 0.85 ounces each) hot chocolate mix
- 4 tablespoons salted butter, sliced
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 4 cups miniature marshmallows (divided)
For the Chocolate Drizzle:
- ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
Instructions
- Prepare the Fudge: Line an 8×8 baking dish with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy removal. Lightly grease the parchment paper. Combine semi-sweet chocolate chips, milk chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, hot chocolate mix, and butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 45-second intervals until smooth. Stir in vanilla and 2 cups of marshmallows. Pour into the prepared dish.
- Chill the Fudge: Top with remaining marshmallows. Chill for 2 hours until set.
- Add the Chocolate Drizzle: Melt chocolate chips and oil, then drizzle over the fudge. Let it set before cutting into squares.
