  • 1/2 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Fried Chicken: Combine batter ingredients, coat chicken, and set aside.
  2. Honey Sesame Sauce: Mix sauce ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
  3. Frying: Fry chicken until golden brown, then drain.
  4. Sauce: Stir-fry garlic, add sauce, simmer until thickened.
