Ingredients

- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Parsley
- ½ tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Mustard
BBQ Chicken:
- 400 g Chicken Breasts (diced)
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 70 g Reduced BBQ Sauce
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Ground Ginger
- Low Calorie Cooking Spray
Pasta:
- 300 g Pasta
- 1 tsp Salt
Instructions
- Prepare the BBQ Chicken: Air Fryer Option: Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (350°F). Season the diced chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook in the air fryer for 10-12 minutes. Pan Option: Cook seasoned chicken in a non-stick pan until fully cooked and browned. Toss cooked chicken with honey and BBQ sauce.
- Cook the Pasta: Boil salted water and cook pasta according to package instructions. Reserve pasta water.
- Make the Cheese Sauce: Blend cottage cheese, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, milk, spices until smooth. Heat in a saucepan until thickened.
- Combine and Serve: Mix cooked pasta with cheese sauce. Let sit, then serve topped with BBQ chicken.
