This German Carrot and Apple Salad is a quick and easy recipe for a delicious raw salad that combines the sweetness of apples with the crunch of carrots and walnuts, all tossed in a zesty dressing.


Ingredients

Carrot Salad:

Apple Salad:

  • 1 cup apples, grated or cubed
