Description

These Garlic Parmesan Chicken Skewers are a delightful combination of juicy chicken coated in garlic butter, perfectly grilled to tender perfection. Whether cooked on the grill or in the air fryer, they are bursting with flavor in every bite.


Ingredients

Chicken Skewers:

  • 1 lb chicken breasts, cubed, or thighs
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 12 tsp no salt added lemon pepper seasoning
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ cup lemon juice

Garlic Parmesan Butter:

  • 46 Tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup parmesan, grated
  • 2 tsp lemon juice, optional
  • 3 Tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (fresh cilantro will also work)
  • 1 small lemon, sliced for garnish, optional

Instructions

  1. Marinate Chicken: In a large bowl, combine cubed chicken with olive oil, lemon juice, and seasonings. Marinate for 15 minutes to 4 hours in the fridge.
  2. Prepare Garlic Parmesan Butter: Melt butter in a saucepan, add minced garlic, simmer for 2 minutes, then set aside.
  3. Cook Skewers: Skewer the chicken and grill over medium-high heat for 8-10 minutes, basting with garlic Parmesan butter.
  4. Finish and Serve: Once chicken is cooked through, brush with remaining butter and a squeeze of lemon before serving.
