Ingredients
Beef Bites:

Baby Potatoes:

- 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
- 0.25 cup Beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
Instructions
- Cut and Prep: Cut beef into bite-sized pieces and halve the baby potatoes.
- Optional Step: Parboil the baby potatoes.
- Sear Beef: Sear beef in a skillet with olive oil until browned.
- Make Garlic Butter Sauce: Combine melted butter, garlic, and seasonings in a bowl.
- Assemble: In a slow cooker, add potatoes, beef, pour over the garlic butter sauce, and add broth.
- Cook: Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until beef is tender.
- Rest and Serve: Let the dish rest for 10 minutes before serving.
