Description
Learn how to make the fluffiest pancakes with this easy recipe. Perfect for a delicious breakfast or brunch!
Ingredients
Dry Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose Flour
- 4 Tbsp granulated Sugar
- 4 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 tsp Salt
Wet Ingredients:
- 1 3/4 cups Milk
- 4 Tbsp unsalted Butter (melted)
- 2 tsp pure Vanilla Extract
- 1 large Egg
Instructions
- Combine the dry ingredients: In a large bowl, mix the dry ingredients together. Create a well in the center and add the milk, melted butter, vanilla extract, and egg.
- Whisk the ingredients: Stir the ingredients until smooth. It’s okay if there are some lumps. If the batter is too thick, you can add more milk to adjust the consistency.
- Cook the pancakes: Heat a nonstick pan or griddle over medium-low heat. Grease the pan with butter. Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the pan and spread it gently into a round shape. Cook until golden on the bottom and bubbles form on the top, then flip and cook the other side until golden.
- Serve and enjoy: Serve the pancakes with maple syrup, honey, or fresh fruit. Enjoy your fluffy pancakes!
Notes
- You can add blueberries or chocolate chips to the batter for extra flavor.
- For extra fluffiness, separate the egg, beat the egg white until stiff peaks form, and fold it into the batter at the end.
