Ingredients

Dry Ingredients:

  • 2 cups all-purpose Flour
  • 4 Tbsp granulated Sugar
  • 4 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/2 tsp Salt

Wet Ingredients:

  • 1 3/4 cups Milk
  • 4 Tbsp unsalted Butter (melted)
  • 2 tsp pure Vanilla Extract
  • 1 large Egg

Instructions

  1. Combine the dry ingredients: In a large bowl, mix the dry ingredients together. Create a well in the center and add the milk, melted butter, vanilla extract, and egg.
  2. Whisk the ingredients: Stir the ingredients until smooth. It’s okay if there are some lumps. If the batter is too thick, you can add more milk to adjust the consistency.
  3. Cook the pancakes: Heat a nonstick pan or griddle over medium-low heat. Grease the pan with butter. Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the pan and spread it gently into a round shape. Cook until golden on the bottom and bubbles form on the top, then flip and cook the other side until golden.
