Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp Butter
  • 500 ml Heavy Cream
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 300 g Fettuccine or pasta of choice
  • 200 ml Pasta Water
  • 1 cup Parmesan (Grated)
  • 1/4 cup Parsley (Chopped)
  • Salt & Pepper (To taste)


Instructions

  1. Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add fettuccine/pasta and cook for 8-10 minutes until al dente.
  2. Prepare the Sauce: Melt butter over low heat, then add heavy cream. Stir in garlic powder and simmer for 5 minutes until thickened.
  3. Combine Ingredients: Add cooked pasta and pasta water to the sauce. Simmer for 5-10 minutes, stirring constantly.
  4. Finish the Dish: Remove from heat and mix in Parmesan and parsley. Season with salt and pepper.
