This Easy Taco Recipe Dinner Board is perfect for feeding a crowd with its flavorful and customizable taco spread. With a variety of toppings and fillings, everyone can create their own delicious tacos just the way they like them.
Ingredients
Taco Filling:
- 30 taco shells
- 1 medium sweet onion, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 pounds ground turkey
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Toppings and Sides:
- 1 pound Tillamook Mexican 4-Cheese
- 1 16 oz. pkg. shredded lettuce
- 6 chopped Roma tomatoes
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 cup corn salsa, Trader Joe’s
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup guacamole
- 1 cup Pepita salsa, Trader Joe’s
- 1 can sliced olives
- 1 sliced red onion
- 1 jar LaVictoria Salsa
- 1 jar Cholula Salsa
- Cilantro for garnish
- Favorite chips
- Habanero pepper for garnish
Instructions
- Sauté Onions: In a large frying pan, sauté the chopped sweet onion in olive oil until translucent.
- Cook Turkey: Add the ground turkey to the pan and cook until browned. Season with taco seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Prepare Toppings: Arrange all the toppings and sides on the serving board, including cheeses, lettuce, tomatoes, salsas, sour cream, guacamole, olives, onions, and cilantro.
- Assemble Tacos: Let everyone customize their tacos by filling the shells with the turkey mixture and adding their favorite toppings.
- Enjoy: Serve the tacos with chips on the side and garnish with cilantro and habanero peppers.
