Description

Looking for a crowd-pleasing snack that tastes like a slice of your favorite pizza, but fits in the palm of your hand? Say hello to Pepperoni Pizza Bombs. These little bites are golden, buttery, cheesy, and packed with pepperoni goodness. Whether you’re hosting game night, planning a casual family dinner, or just need a comforting treat, these pizza bombs are a guaranteed hit.

Ingredients

Melted Butter

  • 2 tbsp melted butter

Garlic Powder

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Italian Seasoning

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Refrigerated Biscuit Dough

  • 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough

Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

  • 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Mini Pepperoni Slices

  • 1/2 cup mini pepperoni slices

Instructions

  1. Preheat and prep – Set your oven to 375°F (or preheat your air fryer to 350°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  2. Mix the topping – In a small bowl, combine melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Set aside.
  3. Prep the biscuits – Open the biscuit can and separate the dough. Flatten each piece slightly with your fingers.
  4. Add the fillings – Place a small amount of mozzarella and a few pepperoni slices in the center of each dough round.
  5. Seal the bombs – Carefully pinch the edges together to seal the filling inside. Roll gently into a ball.
  6. Bake or air fry – Place the sealed dough balls seam-side down on the baking sheet. Brush the tops with the seasoned butter. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or air fry for about 8 minutes, until golden brown.
  7. Serve hot – Let them cool for a few minutes, then serve with marinara or ranch dip!

Notes

  • You can substitute the mini pepperoni with diced regular pepperoni or turkey pepperoni.
  • Brush extra melted butter on top after baking for extra shine and flavor.
