Ingredients

Ingredients for Shrimp Linguine:

  • 400 g Large Argentinian Shrimp, peeled and dried
  • 3 tablespoons Unsalted Butter
  • 4 Garlic Cloves, minced
  • 200 ml Tomato Sauce
  • 500 ml Heavy Cream
  • Fresh Parsley, chopped
  • 300 g Linguine Pasta
  • Salt & Pepper, to taste
  • Parmesan (optional), grated
  • Fresh Basil (optional)

Seasonings:

  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red Paprika Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano

Shrimp Marinade:

  • ½ Juice from Lemon
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red Paprika Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano

Instructions

  1. Prepare Shrimp: Combine shrimp with marinade ingredients in a bowl. Cook seasoned shrimp in a skillet until pink. Set aside.
  2. Create Sauce: Melt butter in the skillet, sauté garlic, add tomato sauce and cream. Return shrimp to skillet and simmer.
  3. Cook Pasta: Cook linguine according to package instructions. Add drained pasta to the skillet with shrimp and sauce.
  4. Combine and Serve: Toss pasta and shrimp together, garnish with parsley, and serve hot.
