Ingredients
Bagel:
- 1 bagel of your choice (everything, asiago, plain, or whole wheat)
Egg Patty:
- 1 Veggies Made Great Garden Vegetable Egg Patty
Cheese:
- 1 slice cheese of your choice (cheddar, swiss, provolone, colby jack, muenster, etc.)
Avocado Mash:
- 1/4 medium ripe avocado, mashed (about 2 tablespoons)
Veggies:
- 2 slices tomato
- 1 large handful leafy greens (spinach, arugula, sprouts, kale, or chard)
Sauce:
- 1 tablespoon sauce of your choice (whipped cream cheese, chili crunch, mayonnaise, mustard, or hot sauce)
Instructions
- Toast the Bagel: Toast the bagel in an air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for 3-4 minutes or in a toaster until golden and crispy.
- Cook Egg Patty: Cook the Egg Patty per package instructions.
- Assemble: Place cheese, Egg Patty, mashed avocado, tomato slices, and greens on the bagel halves.
- Add Sauce: Spread your chosen sauce on the top half of the bagel.
- Serve: Close the sandwich and serve immediately.
