Description

Cool and creamy Dill Pickle Dip loaded with chopped pickles, herby dill, and flavorful spices. A must-have for parties, BBQ’s, potlucks, and casual gatherings!

Ingredients

Sour Cream Mixture:

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 1 cup chopped pickles (approx. 5 spears + extra for garnish)
  • 2 tbsp pickle juice

Seasonings:

  • 1 tsp dried dill OR 1 tbsp fresh dill
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/8 tsp ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl and stir to combine.
  2. Refrigerate for about an hour to let the flavors meld.
  3. If desired, add chopped pickles on top as a garnish.

Notes

  • Regular and ‘light’ sour cream work well.
  • For a spicy kick, try using Habanero Garlic Pickles.

  • Dried dill may be labeled as ‘dill weed’.
