Description
Cool and creamy Dill Pickle Dip loaded with chopped pickles, herby dill, and flavorful spices. A must-have for parties, BBQ’s, potlucks, and casual gatherings!
Ingredients
Sour Cream Mixture:
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1 cup chopped pickles (approx. 5 spears + extra for garnish)
- 2 tbsp pickle juice
Seasonings:
- 1 tsp dried dill OR 1 tbsp fresh dill
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/8 tsp ground black pepper
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl and stir to combine.
- Refrigerate for about an hour to let the flavors meld.
- If desired, add chopped pickles on top as a garnish.
Notes
- Regular and ‘light’ sour cream work well.
- For a spicy kick, try using Habanero Garlic Pickles.
