- 1 tbsp Cornflour
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
Cream Cheese Frosting Ingredients:
- 90g Butter, softened
- 90g Cream Cheese
- 250g Icing Sugar
Instructions
- Crumbl Cookies: Preheat the oven to 175°C and line a baking tray with parchment paper. Combine sugars and melted butter. Add egg and vanilla. Fold in flour, cornflour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Shape into dough balls, chill, then bake at 175°C for 12 minutes. Cool.
- Cream Cheese Frosting: Whisk butter, cream cheese, and icing sugar. Add vanilla and food coloring. Pipe onto cooled cookies and top with sprinkles.
