Ingredients
Chicken Marinade:
- 300 g Chicken Breast
- 2 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Garlic And Ginger Paste
- 1 tsp Sesame Oil
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp White Pepper
Stir Fry Sauce:
- 3 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
- 4 tbsp Honey
- 1 tbsp Sriracha
- 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
Other Ingredients:
- 100 g Cornflour (Add More If Needed)
- 1 Egg White
- 2 Spring Onions
- Vegetable Oil
Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken: Cut the chicken breast into thin strips.
- Marinate the Chicken: Combine chicken with marinade ingredients and let it rest.
- Prepare Stir Fry Sauce: Mix honey, lemon juice, soy sauce, and sriracha in a bowl.
- Coat Chicken: Mix egg white and cornflour with chicken until coated.
- Fry Chicken: Fry coated chicken until crispy.
- Make Stir Fry: Sauté garlic and ginger, add stir-fry sauce, thicken.
- Combine: Toss crispy chicken in sauce, add spring onions, and serve.

- If cornflour clumps, coat chicken pieces individually.
- Baking option: Bake at 200°C for 20 minutes for a less crispy version.
