Description

Creamy Crockpot Garlic Parmesan Chicken Pasta is a comforting and easy-to-make dish that’s perfect for busy weeknights. Tender chicken, flavorful garlic, and rich Parmesan cheese come together in a creamy sauce that coats every bite of pasta. This recipe is a family favorite that will have everyone asking for seconds!


Ingredients

Chicken Pasta:

  • 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Creamy Sauce:

  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

Additional:

  • 8 oz uncooked pasta (elbow macaroni or shells)
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot. Season with minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  2. Pour chicken broth over the chicken.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 4–5 hours until chicken is tender.
  4. Shred the chicken using two forks and return to the pot.
  5. Mix in cream cheese and Parmesan until melted into a creamy sauce.
  6. Stir in uncooked pasta until fully submerged.
  7. Cover and cook on high for an additional 30–45 minutes until pasta is cooked through.
  8. Optionally top with mozzarella cheese before serving.

Notes

  • For added flavor, you can sprinkle some chopped fresh parsley on top before serving.
  • This dish pairs well with a side of garlic bread and a simple green salad.
