- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste / puree
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes (adjust to taste)
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Finishing Touches:
- 2 cups (60g) fresh spinach leaves
- 1 cup (240ml) heavy cream (double cream)
- 1/2 cup (45g) grated parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Instructions
