Ingredients

- 1 lb Spicy Italian Sausage
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1/2 Red Bell Pepper, diced
- 1/2 Green Bell Pepper, diced
- 1/2 Large Red Onion, diced
- 6–7 Garlic Cloves, minced
Seasonings:
- 1 tbsp Mrs Dash Ultimate Garlic Blend or any garlic blend
- 1 tsp Cajun Seasoning (e.g., Slap Ya Mama Hot Seasoning)
- 1/2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
Sauce and Ravioli:
- 1/4 Cup Beef or Chicken Broth
- 1 Cup Heavy Cream
- 3/4–1 Cup Freshly Grated Parmesan
- 25 oz Bag of Frozen Cheese Ravioli
- 1/4 Cup Reserved Pasta Water
Instructions
- Cook Sausage and Vegetables: Heat olive oil in a skillet, cook sausage, peppers, onion, and garlic. Add garlic blend, Cajun seasoning, and red pepper flakes; cook until meat is done.
- Make Cream Sauce: Stir in broth, heavy cream, and Parmesan until creamy.
- Cook Ravioli: Prepare ravioli per package instructions; reserve pasta water.
- Combine and Simmer: Add ravioli and pasta water to the skillet; simmer for 10–15 minutes until sauce thickens.
- Adjust and Serve: Taste, adjust seasoning as needed, and serve hot.
Notes
- Make the sauce ahead of time and boil fresh ravioli when ready to serve.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 4 days.
- Reheat gently on the stove with a bit of broth or cream.
- Freeze in suitable containers for up to 2 months; thaw overnight in the fridge before reheating.
