Description

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened and cubed
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 (18 oz) bag frozen corn, thawed
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 2-quart baking dish.
  2. In a medium pot over low heat, melt the cream cheese and butter, stirring constantly until smooth.
  3. Add milk, stirring until fully combined and creamy.
  4. Stir in salt, pepper, thawed corn, and cayenne pepper (if using). Mix well.
