Description

A refreshing and festive cocktail perfect for any celebration, this Cranberry Aperol Spritz combines the bitterness of Aperol with the sweetness of cranberry juice, all topped off with bubbly prosecco and soda water. It’s a delightful balance of flavors that is sure to impress your guests.


Ingredients

For the Cranberry Aperol Spritz:

  • 3 ounces chilled prosecco (or other sparkling wine)
  • 2 ounces Aperol
  • 2 ounces chilled cranberry juice (unsweetened or lightly sweetened)
  • 1 ounce chilled soda water
  • ice, for serving
  • garnishes: fresh cranberries, orange slice, and/or rosemary sprig


Instructions

  1. Fill the glass: Add ice to a rocks glass or wine glass until it’s about two-thirds full.
  2. Combine: Pour in the Aperol, cranberry juice, and prosecco. Top with soda water. Gently stir once to combine.
