These Cinnamon Roll French Toast Bites are a quick and easy breakfast treat, combining the comforting flavors of cinnamon rolls with the crispy, golden goodness of French toast. Perfect for kids and adults alike, they’re ready in under 15 minutes and make breakfast feel like a treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 can of refrigerated cinnamon rolls (8 count, with icing)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk (any kind)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp butter (for the pan)


Instructions

  1. Open the can of cinnamon rolls and cut each roll into quarters.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon.
  3. Dunk the cinnamon roll pieces into the egg mixture, coating each piece fully.
  4. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the butter.
  5. Once the butter is melted and skillet is hot, add the coated cinnamon roll pieces.
  6. Cook for 2–3 minutes per side, turning to brown all sides evenly.
  7. Once golden brown and cooked through, remove from pan.
  8. Warm the icing from the cinnamon roll can and drizzle over the French toast bites before serving.

Notes

  • Use non-stick spray if you want to reduce the amount of butter used.
  • Best served immediately while warm.
  • Can be dipped in maple syrup for extra sweetness.
