Ingredients

- ¼ cup + 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice

- 1 cup pineapple juice

- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
Jalapeño Crema
- 2 jalapeño peppers, seeds removed and chopped
- 1 small garlic clove, minced
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 cup sour cream
- Salt and pepper for seasoning
Crispy Roasted Sweet Potatoes
- 2 medium sweet potatoes, diced small
- ¼ cup olive oil
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
