Ingredients

Cilantro Lime Marinade

  • 1 ½2 lbs flank steak
  • ¼ cup + 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • ½ cup cilantro leaves
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt

Jalapeño Crema

  • 2 jalapeño peppers, seeds removed and chopped
  • 1 small garlic clove, minced
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • Salt and pepper for seasoning

Crispy Roasted Sweet Potatoes

  • 2 medium sweet potatoes, diced small
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
