Description

Ingredients

Potatoes:

  • 4 pounds russet potatoes, cut into 1/4 inch cubes

Seasonings:

  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

Other:

  • 6 tablespoons butter, cubed
  • 1 (8 ounce) package shredded colby-Monterey Jack cheese blend
  • 1 (8 ounce) bottle Ranch dressing

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. Prepare Potatoes: Place potatoes in the baking dish, season with chili powder, salt, and pepper. Distribute butter over the potatoes.
  3. Bake: Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour until tender. Remove from oven, add cheese and Ranch dressing. Bake for an additional 10 minutes until cheese is melted.
