Description

Cheesy Dynamite Chicken Buns are a flavorful combination of juicy chicken, spicy sauce, and gooey melted cheese, all wrapped in soft, pillowy buns. Perfect for a quick lunch or dinner, these buns are easy to make and full of irresistible flavor, guaranteed to impress your guests.


Ingredients

For the Chicken:

  • 500g chicken breast, shredded
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

For the Sauce:

  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha or any hot sauce of choice

For the Filling:

  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/2 onion, finely chopped
  • 4 soft dinner buns
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

For Garnish:

  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the chicken: In a pan, heat the olive oil and cook the shredded chicken until browned. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Set aside.
  2. Prepare the sauce: In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise and sriracha sauce.
  3. Make the filling: In a pan, melt butter and sauté onions until soft. Add the cooked chicken to the pan. Pour the spicy mayonnaise mixture over the chicken, and stir until well coated.
  4. Assemble the buns: Split the buns in half. Spoon the cheesy dynamite chicken mixture onto the bottom half of each bun. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top.
  5. Toast the buns: Preheat a skillet or griddle. Place the buns on the skillet, cheese side up, and toast until the cheese is melted and the buns are golden.
  6. Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley (optional) and serve immediately.
