Ingredients
Chicken:
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
Pasta:
- 12 ounces rotini pasta
Cheesy Sauce:
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup chicken broth
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Seasonings:
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions
- Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add rotini and cook until al dente according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
