Description

Ingredients

Dry Ingredients:

  • ½ tsp dried thyme

Cheese Mixture:

  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Wet Ingredients:

  • 1¼ cup buttermilk
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter
  • 2 large eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan with butter or non-stick spray.
  2. Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, garlic powder, oregano, and thyme.
  3. Add Cheese: Stir in the cheddar, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheeses until evenly coated with the dry ingredients.
  4. Prepare Wet Mixture: In a separate bowl, whisk together the buttermilk, melted butter, and eggs until smooth.
  5. Combine Ingredients: Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and gently mix until just combined. Avoid overmixing.
