Ingredients
Pretzels:
- 1 (16 oz) bag Mini Pretzels
Toffee Mixture:
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 1/2 cup Butter
- 1/4 cup Light Corn Syrup
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 bag Heath Toffee Bits
Instructions
- Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- Prepare pretzels: Pour mini pretzels into a large bowl.
- Make toffee mixture: In a medium saucepan, combine brown sugar, cubed butter, and corn syrup. Boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, add vanilla and baking soda.
- Coat pretzels: Pour toffee mixture over pretzels, add half of the toffee bits, and toss to coat evenly.
- Bake: Spread pretzels on the baking sheet. Bake for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
- Finish: Remove from oven, sprinkle remaining toffee bits over pretzels, let cool, then break into clusters.
