Ingredients

Cookies

  • 1 (18 oz.) box Ghirardelli Double Chocolate Brownie Mix
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 5 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon water

Peanut Butter Topping

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Chocolate Topping

  • 8 ounces chocolate melting wafers (milk or dark)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 350°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix the dough: In a large bowl or stand mixer, combine all cookie ingredients and mix well.
  3. Bake the cookies: Scoop dough onto baking sheet and bake for 8 minutes. Do not overbake.
