- 1/4 cup salted butter (softened)
- 1 to 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 to 2 tablespoons milk
Instructions
- Mix dough: In the bowl of a stand mixer, combine milk, yeast, sugar, salt, butter, and egg. Add flour and mix on low speed.
- Consistency: Increase speed to medium, adjusting flour as needed for a soft, tacky dough.
- Rise: Let dough double in size, about 1 hour.
- Rolling: Roll dough into a 12×18 inch rectangle.
