- ½ cup nut butter
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- ½ teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Heat the oven to 350F and line a 9×9 baking pan with parchment paper.
- Mix Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine mashed bananas, nut butter, rolled oats, cinnamon, vanilla extract, maple syrup, chocolate chips, and salt.
- Transfer to Pan: Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking pan. Add extra chocolate chips on top if desired.
- Bake: Bake for 18-20 minutes until the edges are golden and the bars are set. Let them cool completely before cutting into bars.
