- 1/2 Cup Almond Milk or 1/3 Cup raw almonds, preferably soaked overnight
- 1/2 Banana, Ripe, Frozen Preferably
- 1/2 Avocado, Ripe, Halved and Pitted
- 1 Teaspoon All Purpose Uber Food Blend (Optional)
- 1/8 Teaspoon Cinnamon Powder (Ceylon cinnamon preferably)
- 8 Ice Cubes
- 1 Cup Filtered Water
Instructions
- Prepare Ingredients: Gather all the ingredients needed for the smoothie.
- Blend: In a blender, combine almond milk, banana, avocado, Uber Food Blend, cinnamon, ice cubes, and water.
- Blend Until Smooth: Blend the ingredients until smooth and creamy.

- Add a couple of dates or 1 teaspoon maple syrup or honey for added sweetness if desired.
