  • Ground Beef Mixture:

  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 28 oz jar of spaghetti sauce
  • 1 8 oz package of softened cream cheese
  • 1 clove of garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • A pinch of garlic salt
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  2. Cook spaghetti: Boil spaghetti in salted water until al dente, about 12 minutes.
  3. Cook ground beef: Brown ground beef in a skillet, drain fat, and mix in spaghetti sauce.
  4. Prepare pasta: Mix drained spaghetti with cream cheese, garlic, Italian seasoning, and garlic salt until well coated.
  5. Assemble casserole: Layer meat sauce, spaghetti, and top with remaining meat sauce. Sprinkle Parmesan and mozzarella on top.
