Ingredients

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Prepare the crust: In a medium bowl, mix melted butter, sugar, and vanilla extract. Add flour and stir until combined. Press the mixture evenly into the prepared pan.
- Bake the crust for 15 minutes, or until lightly golden. Set aside to cool slightly.
- Prepare the apple filling: In a large bowl, toss sliced apples with both sugars, cinnamon, nutmeg, and flour until evenly coated.
- Layer the apple mixture evenly over the baked crust.
- Prepare the streusel topping: In a small bowl, combine oats, brown sugar, and flour. Stir in melted butter until the mixture becomes crumbly.
- Sprinkle the streusel evenly over the apple layer.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until the apples are tender and the topping is golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool completely before cutting into bars. Serve and enjoy!
