Ingredients

Frozen Blueberries:

1 cup

Ripe Banana:

1 medium, peeled and frozen

Baby Kale:

1 cup packed

Unsweetened Plain Almond Milk:

½ cup

Chilled Unsweetened Brewed Green Tea:

½ cup

Hulled Hemp Seeds:

2 tablespoons

Lemon Zest:

3/4 teaspoon

Lemon Juice:

1 1/2 tablespoons

Honey:

1/2 teaspoon (optional)

Ground Ginger:

1/4 teaspoon


Instructions

  1. Blend Ingredients: Place blueberries, banana, kale, almond milk, green tea, hemp seeds, lemon zest, lemon juice, honey, and ginger in a blender. Process until smooth, about 25 seconds.
