Description
7-Up Biscuits are soft, fluffy, and buttery biscuits made with just four simple ingredients — Bisquick, sour cream, 7-Up, and butter. They’re perfect for beginners and ideal as a quick side dish for dinner or breakfast.
Ingredients
- 2 cups Bisquick mix
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup 7-Up (lemon-lime soda)
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Pour melted butter into a 9×9-inch baking dish, spreading evenly to coat the bottom.
- In a mixing bowl, combine Bisquick, sour cream, and 7-Up. Stir until a soft dough forms.
- Dust a clean surface with a small amount of Bisquick and gently knead the dough a few times.
- Pat or roll out dough to about 1-inch thickness and cut into biscuits using a round cutter or glass.
- Place biscuits in the prepared baking dish on top of the melted butter.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown on top.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
- Use cold sour cream for fluffier biscuits.
- You can substitute club soda or Sprite for 7-Up if desired.
- Brush extra melted butter on top after baking for added richness.
- Best served fresh but can be reheated in the oven or air fryer.
