Description

7-Up Biscuits are soft, fluffy, and buttery biscuits made with just four simple ingredients — Bisquick, sour cream, 7-Up, and butter. They’re perfect for beginners and ideal as a quick side dish for dinner or breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Bisquick mix
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup 7-Up (lemon-lime soda)
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Pour melted butter into a 9×9-inch baking dish, spreading evenly to coat the bottom.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine Bisquick, sour cream, and 7-Up. Stir until a soft dough forms.
  4. Dust a clean surface with a small amount of Bisquick and gently knead the dough a few times.
  5. Pat or roll out dough to about 1-inch thickness and cut into biscuits using a round cutter or glass.
  6. Place biscuits in the prepared baking dish on top of the melted butter.
  7. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown on top.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

  • Use cold sour cream for fluffier biscuits.
  • You can substitute club soda or Sprite for 7-Up if desired.
  • Brush extra melted butter on top after baking for added richness.
  • Best served fresh but can be reheated in the oven or air fryer.
