Instructions
- Roughly chop the fresh ginger: No need to remove the skin. Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend for about 30 seconds.
- Pour the juice over a measuring cup: or bowl using a fine mesh strainer or nut milk bag. Push down on the ginger pulp with a spatula or the back of a spoon to extract the liquid. Portion it into 2-ounce servings for the week using small shot glasses.
- Enjoy as they are or store in ice cube trays: Thaw them when ready to drink.
